Why do we use Magnesium Cream? It is incredible for helping the body calm down and fall asleep. If I ever have a 3 or 4 wake up moments during the early morning hours and can't fall back to sleep, I re-apply magnesium cream and fall right back into a sound sleep. Ingredients: magnesium chloride, coconut oil, chamomile and lavender infused grapeseed oil, lavender essential oil, chamomile essential oil, turmeric essential oil, shea butter, arrowroot, witch hazel, grapefruit seed extract, Vitamin E.
